LA SIERRA APARTMENTS

My family moving into the LA Sierra Apartment Homes has been a wonderful experience.,from the application process to moving into our place. All of the staff members are caring, friendly and family oriented environment. They go above and beyond to make your home feel cozy and comfortable.

At first glance looking at the pictures of this apartment it looks clean, quiet, and friendly. Its none of the above, ive lived here for a year. The buildings are filthy looks like green moss is growing on the pavement to your aprartment door. There is constanly dog poop everywhere no one picks up after their dogs. And the “dog park” has a flea infestation. The pool isnt as big as it looks in the pictures, maybe 4 adults can fit in it comfortably. There is supposted to be pest control that comes... weekly but they never seem to be here. Theres NEVER parking spots, sometime I get off work late and I will have to park 2 buildings down from where I live because people that dont live here park overnight. Just gladly signed a new lease here. The management staff here is wonderful. They greet my family and I with a joyful smile that is never contrived. The maintainance dept is always prompt in dealing with any issues that have arisen. At one point an issue came up that warranted our being out of our apt. for a few days, and they gladly put us up in one of their executive suites, and showed us the utmost concern.
I wish I could move all of my adult children here, that is the only way this would be... more home. Read More

We have lived in both a two and three bedroom apartment at La Sierra and both are of good size and priced well. As others have said, the staff is amazing. They are always doing fun events at the clubhouse to bring the community together. It's close to the Creekside Town Center shopping centers and there's a grocery store in walking distance. Maintenence addresses any concerns promptly and politely. Also, the property is always well maintained.

This is a great place to live-the management seem to care for the people who live in the complex and great of doing all they can to get good people in. This complex is in a growing area of the city so it is and will remain close to everything that a person might need. It has a pool in the courtyard with everything needed to entertain Patricia B.
