Avoid these apartments

I highly recommend avoiding these apartments. They are poorly made and lack proper insulation in both the ceiling and the walls. You can loudly hear footsteps coming from your upstairs neighbors as well as from cars/motorcycles from the street. It wakes me up multiple times a week after just moving her less than a week ago.

Another issue is the parking is insufficient. I often need to park at the very back of the complex while my apartment is in the front.

Save your money and your sanity.... This place is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in.

Smooth move in

Picking up my keys was quick and easy. The office staff is very friendly. The apartment itself was clean upon move in, but the bathtub was still pretty gross from the previous resident. That is the one complaint I have, everything else is perfect

Wonderful place!

Walked in on a whim on a Saturday at 330. Jennifer made sure I was okay with waiting as she has some tours with appointments. I took a tour and applied while I was there. Seamless process. Moved in the following Thursday. Rates are great. Amenities are perfect. Quiet complex. Jennifer has been great to work with.

Riverhaus Renewal

I just renewed my lease with Riverhaus Apartments. Very simple and easy. I did renew because I am happy there. The office and maintenance staff are so great. Things are taken care of quickly and well.
