Sam Michaels is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps who served for nine years across seven deployments. After fighting for our country, Sam entered the world of real estate and never looked back. Since then, he has worked with new home builders and now serves as the broker and co-owner with his wife, Clarissa, at C&S Premier Realty. Clarissa Michaels’ real estate roots run deep as she grew up in the industry and went to work for a title company and new home builder before becoming a licensed real estate agent. Clarissa is also a Notary of Texas, the C&S Premier Realty Office Supervisor, and Associate Broker. Both natives of Montgomery County, Sam & Clarissa Michaels became licensed real estate agents in 2013, leading to the establishment of C&S Premier Realty in 2018. Together, they own and operate C&S Premier Realty in Conroe, Texas with their impeccable team of agents and industry vendors across The North Houston Area, all while breaking their own sales records of nearly 53 million to date. With their team, Sam and Clarissa have reached nearly 93 million to date since the establishment of C&S Premier Realty in 2018.
