Treehouse Apartments

I understand there has been a huge turnover here both with maintenance and managers. They now have a wonderful staff and I feel blessed to live here.

I have lived there 7 years .They can't keep management and when the do they are terrible. They don't do repairs. They don't follow the policies. They can't keep maintenance. The apartment complex is trashy. The playground needs fixing for years. The bushes are dead and need to be removed, plus the sprinkler system has been broken for years with the roof shingles coming off with every storm we get. Corporate hasn't spent any money on this property for upkeep for years.

I will admit I went through some trying times while in Palestine but the one place I loved was my little apartment. The property was nice and kept up well. I had no problems with my unit even though I was in the very front. Location was convenient to my jobs so even though I didn’t have a car I could still get there walking within a 10 minute time span max. I loved my neighbors as well. It started off rocky but I Did a year term , but had to move back to my home city. I plan on returning and... if I can’t get a House I will definitely release here. Read More
