ITS HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There' a lot of roaches and rats.Every year you have to sing a new contract and they raise the fee by 50 dollars and If we ask for a replacement they take for ever and they control the air conditioning so when the weather is hot the air is cold inside the apartment but when the weather is cold the heater is on and it's extremely hot at this point I don't get any sleep. If I were to be you I wouldn't live in these apartments like I said ITS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to my God Lord Jesus Christ... I'm moving out..............

Negative Stars/Property Manager
The property manager is beyond rude. She harass tenants on a daily basis. She picks and chooses which violation she wants react on and with certain tenants. There could be two tenants doing the same thing and if she don't like you she imposes and infraction on you. The apartments has rats and mold. Which I don't understand because as far as landscaping and grounds keeping is kept up but maintenance does a horrible job of being on task in units. If they got rid of the property manager it would be... a better environment. I've seen many people move within? a months time out of the same unit.

ludicris Staff they "act a fool"
The woman in front "property manager is so rude. She threatened to tow my guest , and also has came to knock on my door To tell my guest couldn't stay the night with me , which is ludicris! How can you tell me who stays in my apartment that I pay rent for? However although I'm not delighted with the staff , the area is always clean and their are no loud or disruptive neighbors . People mind their business and don't mess with your things . The maintenance team takes long to fix things ..
