La Serena Apartments

Felt very welcomed by Office staff. Property is very clean and units are super big. The pool area is large and has the perfect space for community events. I recommend this property

The management in the time I have resided here have never been people friendly. Maintenance is horrible and never prompt to respond to calls. I lived here with a broken garbage disposal for almost a year. The appliances are horrible. Gun shots almost never fail in the early morning hours. There is no number to call and complain about the conditions. The number online for Property Management is not a working number. The office employees will take no responsibility for their actions but want rent... paid on time. We are held up to our end but who makes them hold up to their end. Tow truck company and office are in cahoots with each other so be careful where you park or you will get towed and in Pasadena they claim to be able to charge whatever fee they want. I live here as a last resort. I will not renew my lease another year here. The turn over of people I have seen come and go in my 2 years here is horrible and that speaks for itself. I did not know what I was getting myself into. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone with small children. This is not a safe place to live. They can plant some plants and fix the gate but that does not change anything. That is just another fee for residents to have to pay for something else. Read More

The office people don't care about the property... residents throw trash everywhere... Trash piles up in front of the dumpster...all the time... management doesn't say or do anything about it.. Broken windows ...broken lights.... sewage back ups....the list goes on...
