London Belle

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years. Here is my opinion:

Pros: Maintenance is amazing at getting repairs done. Very Pet friendly. Student discount. Pest free. Clean environment. Miranda is the absolute best! Rent is pretty affordable. You have until the 3rd to pay market and the 12th to pay utilities. Utilities pretty cheap as well.

Cons: Floods terribly. Parking is terrible. Lots of loud renovations. Late notices on renovations. No washer/dryer connections. Laundromat washers/ dryers seem to… break often. A few loud/ rowdy neighbors. Read More

The apartment complex is pretty clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, especially Teresa. She was extremely helpful and kind. She was very well spoken, funny and could hold a conversation about anything. She was professional but also seemed like a dear friend. She made moving in a delight, and would recommend speaking/working with Teresa if you have interest in this complex.

The apartments are good if you are a student cause it is right next to san jacinto college... but besides that not the best choice.
All festivities are now done to a minimum, repairs are done cheaply, and most of all from what I see flooding can be a problem if not for the great maintenance team.

Me and my husband have made London Belle our home for almost 15 years, and London Belle has not just been an apartment,but a home to us and our family. Very family friendly,clean and secure.
