Beautiful townhome

My family and I lived here 2021-2022. We loved the area and our neighbors. Very pet friendly! I loved the walkways between buildings to walk my dog. They recently renovated the fence which made the curb appeal better. Parking was never an issue. Maintenance was always ready to fix any problem we had. Superb! Management/leasing staff were great in communication however within the year I’ve lived there and before we even moved in they’ve changed management/leasing staff continuously that made it… very inconvenient for me because they didn’t keep up with any important documents that I provided. Overall, great location, great amenities and beautiful townhome.

New Apt

I've really enjoyed my new unit since 12/17. Safe easy-going property. The office staff & maintenance have always been attentive & quick to address any of my needs.

Absolutely recommend

I called around looking for a place to call home for a close friend of mine spoke to samaira she was kind and very helpful she walked me through the whole application process and told me everything I needed to know about the community and the residence. The community is very clean and well taken care of . I definitely feel safe here the quality for the price is great.i for sure lucked with this community

Honey I’m Home!

As a grandmother, you may find it odd that this is My first townhome. While this community was built more than 20 years ago, the standards met by the management company have never wavered. They run an excellent community and treat it as if it were their own individual homes. From the maintenance staff that has been here for more than 20 years to the office staff that is incredibly welcoming, loving, understanding, and above all professional, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m not… going to lie, I was scared moving in to my own place for the first time in my life. Your staff made and continues to make me feel right at home. This community is absolutely lovely. If you choose Winfield as your next home, you won’t regret it.

Amazing property

I am so thankful and grateful to call this place home. The management team and the maintenance team are very professional and have such a warm and welcoming demeanor. I moved in September 2018 and have loved it since day one. Samaria truly makes you feel part of the family. She inspires her team to take pride in the upkeep and maintence of the property. She has an amazing staff who works hard every single day and who strive to provide excellent service. I highly recommend making Windfield… Townhomes your next home. Samaira, Wendy and Sheila will not disappoint you.
