WORSE APARTMENTS
I been here for years and NEVER had problems untill recently. Office is horrible they need more welcoming people in office they do not come off friendly! Apartments went down hill trashy & dirty low call on manitence. Alwayy want to offer something for a 5 star review tho smh I can not wait to move,

ROACHES
Roach infested, they have no one that comes out & it escalates. Nice apt complex, staff can be a little more conversational they try to rush the conversation on your needs. But the roaches NO THANKS!

Noise
If you stay in the back BACK by basketball court , I guarantee 99% would kno what individual I’m talking about. The front of apartments may be nice but back of apartments needs more structure on the noise level. I talked to others around here in we can all agree who & what the main problem is. I don’t see nothing changing tho, other than that it’s a ok apartment. 4/10

New Owner Is The Worse!
We don't know if she is trying too hard or what. We miss Judy as our leasing manager. I will be getting a copy of my lease and putting a complaint to the BBB. I love the leasing agent, the guy!
