Awesome Apartments

It's a nice place. Affordable. It's quiet all the time. The management is friendly and approachable. It's right next to a huge major Park.

Parkside Place un lugar bueno para vivir

Super agradecida por la ayuda que e recibido en estos apartamentos pero sobretodo la ayuda de la Señorita Lupita. Un gran servicio con una excelente amabilidad. Se que hay cosas que toman tiempo para responder pero todo se trata de trabajar en equipo y entender que todo es un proceso!! Muchas gracias me siento bendecida con mi nuevo departamento.

Do not live here

Do not live here. The place is out dated and no one takes care of the apartments. The ac's are going out and they're full of roaches.

Do not live here

They refuse to fix and maintenance request, make you pay for parking and do not enforce towing, the pools are never open, refuse to fix any of the outside lights, the yard is rarely mowed, and the apartments have a roach problem and they refused to hire a regular exterminator.

Do not rent here

They straight lie. Pools aren't open and there is no club house. Dog crap all over, messed up roads, roaches, trash is always over full. Water if off twice a week at minimum. It floods, they never fix anything.

They charge more for downstairs bc of the padio yet the fenses are broken.

Office staff is rude af and don't answer most the time.

Do not move her. Trust me. You will have to break your lease and they will go after your credit.
