No Privacy or Security in These Cardboard Apartments
If privacy and security matter to you, think twice before renting here. In the past year, at least five cars were stolen from the garage and others were broken into. It's not gated, so it's easy to access cars.
When the building first opened, nobody really knew the HUGE issue with this complex. Soundproofing is extremely poor (the floors and walls are cardboard thin) so there is no privacy. You can hear your neighbor's every move and activities. Quiet is mostly limited to standard workday hours... , while evenings and overnight are consistently noisy.If you're a light sleeper, this becomes a nightmare. Management says the noise and vibrations from anything moving over you is “normal living” but will ask you to buy and put down rugs if your neighbors complain. Units are shown during the day, so nighttime noise isn’t obvious during tours, and the repeated vehicle thefts aren't talked about. Other reviews on Google mention the same issues. There will be lots of availability soon because many residents aren't renewing their leases.
