The BEST property in Pearland!

The leasing process was amazing Naudia answered all my questions over the phone, and when I toured she was a true delight. The pool is always open and very clean & clear! Jason, Jaime, Dwayne, Chase & Kendall are always here to help me if I need anything. When I put in service tickets they most times come same day, if not the next day! I believe some of these other reviews are from a nearby property because our pool and gate are always working. Even the courtesy officer is very kind. Move here… you won’t regret it!

Love it here

I’ve been living on the property for about eight months now and I am super happy with everything this far. The pool is lovely and has such a great view of the lake. I haven’t had any issues with noise from neighbors or in general, which I greatly appreciate due to past experience at other complexes. The leasing office has always been very kind, helpful, and informative too. They have had a few resident events since I’ve been here and I always have a good time and it seems like everyone else does… too. Definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area !

THEY SCAM YOU AT MOVE OUT

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will scam you at move out and charge you $130 for carpet cleaning even though it is against the lease that normal wear on carpet can not be charged to resident at move out.

They admitted to us when we disputed that the carpet looked great in photos and then sent us an invoice from a contractor saying there was black and brown stains and tack strip damage even thought that was a lie.

Live somewhere else with fair management.

Please know that any charges assessed at move-out are intended to be fair, transparent, and in line with… the terms outlined in the lease agreement. Normal wear and tear is not billed to residents, and any charges would only be for damages beyond that standard. Since this review is anonymous, we cannot investigate the specifics of your situation. Gorgeous!

This community is beautiful! The pool is best pool in the area! It. Is. Stunning. The office staff is great! The apartments are great sizes and they flow really nicely!

Nice property but I would not recommend

The property Grounds look nice. The apartment walls are paper thin and appliances are outdated. I would not recommend on the basis of how the company treats residents. My car was damaged by the property’s gate and they did everything they could to release themselves from liability. I could not move out fast enough. Rent at your own risk.
