management is nice and open, but security has been my main concern. Excessive vehicles, and them not being registered.

To address your concern about excessive vehicles, we want to clarify that all vehicles must be registered through MyVIPParking to avoid the... risk of being towed. Additionally, residents are required to provide proof of insurance for any additional vehicles. These policies are in place to help maintain order within the community and ensure parking is properly managed.
