move-in experience as of June, 2026
I've had to do a significant amount of follow-up and self-advocacy since moving in. From delays in communication to several billing issues, my concerns have required multiple requests before receiving a response or update. Overall, the amount of time and effort required to address safety and routine concerns has been unnecessarily difficult.

We're really sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory move-in experience. We understand how frustrating it can be having to follow-up multiple times and deal with billing issues. Moreover, the fact that you had safety and routine concerns which were... time-consuming to address is definitely not ideal. We will be taking immediate steps to rectify these problems so as to improve our communication, billing procedures and overall service for all our residents in the future.
