Bel Air Downtown Apartments

The property is decent and maintenance is quick, and the pool is well kept. But there are some issues that need attention. My floor is missing planks under the carpet, which shouldn’t have been overlooked. A lot of the amenities are no longer available, like the pet washing stations, and the parking gate has been broken for over a month. There’s no on-site manager to handle urgent problems, and most of the doors don’t lock properly, so there’s no real controlled access.

My experience I give my maintenance experience five stars. The tech was very professional and proficient. He took care of the matter immediately.

Maintenance The maintenance worker was very friendly and professional, but the work wasn't fully completed. I was told he'd have to check with his boss to find out how they would address fully repairing things, but since I haven't heard back and the maintenance ticket was closed, I have no idea if or when full repairs will be done. I'm not trying to complain or cause problems... but it would be nice to know what's next, and possibly when.

If I could give this place no stars then I would. I’ve had multiple leaks in bedroom, flooding in kitchen all from structural issues. Due to so much leaking, and temporary patches mold is now growing in our HVAC vents and ceilings. I’ve had the window literally fall on me during a storm 3 years ago and still have not replaced windows. DO NOT RENT
