At first was rough but after settling it, was a surprisingly nice place despite reviews. Area is obviously amazing. Almost everything you would need is no more than 10 to 15 minutes away.

I’ve been getting bullied by my own leasing office since I moved in. Someone manually inputs a late fee on Friday knowing my payday is on Friday. Constantly being ignored my the office to fix these issues except for one person via email.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve felt this way and want to assure you that it is never our intention to make any resident feel bullied or ignored.
We would like to clarify that, as stated in your... lease agreement, rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 3rd. Late fees are automatically applied beginning on the 4th in accordance with the lease terms, not manually based on individual circumstances. While we understand that everyone's pay schedule may differ, we are not able to adjust or contour rent payment deadlines around individual paydays.
That said, we truly appreciate you mentioning the team member who has been responsive via email, and we encourage you to continue communicating directly with them or reach out to management if you feel your concerns are not being fully addressed.
We value your residency and are here to support you as best we can within the guidelines of your lease.
