My Agent Brandon was such a swell, polite, professional and bright individual. I’m grateful I was assigned to him, because he guided me every step of the way through the overwhelming task of moving. Dan was great as well, great attitude and a clear/effective communicator. The apartments, amenities, and maintenance are all fantastic. I adore my new home and I’m so happy to have settled down in this wonderful community. The elevator hallway leading from the parking garage to the elevator however…... could use some serious deodorizing. Still good though, I’ll just get my steps in through the stairwell. Thanks guys, for making this possible!

The location is great, next to several restaurants within walking distance along with many shopping centers only a short car ride away. Easy access to the tollway makes for easy travel to Dallas and other cities. Prices are affordable, and the Staff is very accommodating the security measures, however, frequently malfunction, which can lead to issues. Additionally, sometimes maintenance can take a while to attend to more complex tasks. But, overall, it's a fantastic community.

The location of this community is truly excellent—nestled within walking distance of several restaurants and just a short drive from a variety of shopping centers. With convenient access to the tollway, getting to Dallas and surrounding cities is a... breeze. The pricing is very reasonable, and the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating.

While the security features are appreciated, they do occasionally experience malfunctions, which can be inconvenient. Additionally,




















Some maintenance requests—especially those requiring special parts—may take a bit longer to complete. It's important to keep in mind that ordering parts can extend repair timelines slightly.

That said, this remains a fantastic community overall, offering great value, a welcoming atmosphere, and a highly convenient location.

Everything has been great so far. I’m really enjoying the balcony, the greenery, and the peaceful mornings. I love the neighborhood and have been having a wonderful time here. The staff has also been excellent.
