Ever since the new management took over from the last Legacy North apartments haven’t been the same. Communication with the office staff is terrible and maintenance takes way too long to come out.

Community is good, but the staff are reluctant. They gave me the wrong keys on my moving date. I came with all my stuff in a U-Haul at 11pm and keys didn’t work. I called the legacy north emergency team and they said they couldn’t help me at this time. Sat in front my apartment door in the hallway and tried calling locksmith, nobody responded as it was almost midnight. Then I booked a room in hotel and stayed for the night with my family. Then I came in the morning to lease office for... replacement of keys and they immediately did the replacement. Here comes the best part, again one of the keys didn’t work to unlock the apartment. I had to go to the leasing office again about the keys and again get it replaced. They gave me such a hard time on my first day as resident.

Just move in and not really happy with the apartment building smell and the elevator looks like is gonna come apart. Also the apartment has a lot of things that need to be fixed quite disappointed with the apartment
