Pets must be kenneled and house-trained and must be leashed at all times if outside the home, unless in the fenced-in backyard. All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside of the home. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
