I would've left 0-Stars, but I am not permitted to do so. Although the apartments are spacious, as a college student, they are not very affordable of you are paying out of pocket, without help. The maintenance is poor, service order are either fufilled slowly or the "repair" is less than poor. The office staff is less than unhelpful and the management is not any better. Also, your car may be towed for backing into a parking space. While mentioning the parking lot, if you like amusement parks,... this lot is perfect for you. Their temporary solution is to fill large holes with sand and rocks. Needless to say, that "remedy" doesn't last long. This may be student housing (not affiliated with the local univerity), but they do not seem to have the studens' best interest, let alone their safety in mind. ive lived in my current apartment for 3 years now my lease is about to be over but ive never had a huge problem with it. they are town homes 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathrooms the cons of living here is you have to get roommates that you dont know but rent is affordable so i deal with it but now i am about to move out on my own. id say if you like meeting new strange people this place is for you and its fully furnished thats a especially for a college student.
