Horrible

Absolutely horrible business practices when you’re trying to move in. Never sent me the lease and now won’t refund the “refundable” application fees. It’s just a way for them to steal your money.

Worst living experience – Noisy and management ignores residents

My apartment is directly beside a main street, and the noise is extremely loud day and night. It is impossible to sleep or live comfortably.
I asked many times to transfer to another unit. I emailed them several times – no one responds. I went to the office more than 10–12 times, and every time they just make new excuses and conditions so I cannot transfer. Management does not care and does nothing to help.

This place is very unprofessional. If you want peace, do NOT move here. They only care… about the lease, not the residents.

Worst Community lot of hidden fees

I stayed here for some time and management is the worst, they say it's luxurious, but its not at all good. A lot of hidden fees. They charge you for everything which you do not use. I would not recommend this community at all.
I would give zero star. They charge for cleaning fee at the beginning and also charge us when we are vacating
They charge for things that we did not broke.
