Review on Marquise at Waterview
We lived there for five years, and the costs were terrible. They had pest control pick up garbage five days a week and charged us about $30. If you had any problem, maintenance would take more than a week to fix it. The charges for houses built 40 years ago were extremely high, and they didn’t address residents’ inquiries about discrepancies in the charges. The only thing they relied on was their own documents.
