NOPE

Lived at the apartment for 2 years. First my vehicle was broken into twice, catalytic converter was stolen, there are no cameras in the parking lot so they were absolutely no help. Second, I put a work order in multiple times for a leaking window that leaked EVERYTIME it rained, carpet was soaked every thunderstorm , never got fixed but the work order was marked complete every time. Third, a maintenance worker walked in our apartment as I was in the shower even though it was requested as “By... appointment only”, I walked out (luckily clothed) and he was answering the door for my Uber Eats order (I WISH I was kidding). The gate code sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Cabinets were falling apart when I moved in but somehow got charged for them at move out. Had hard water in my bathroom so my toilet and shower was always brown.

Management

The new management of sonterra does not care about their residents and fail to complete services orders. The management office always refuses to help and has an attitude
