Really like it here!!

I have been living at Trellis Canyon Creek for almost a year. I have enjoyed being close to many things in this area. The location is close to many amenities and stores which makes it easy to do things or get what I need in day to day life. I am also enjoying the apartment itself. The layout of my larger studio was very well thought out and makes great use of the space. I also appreciate the nice amenities of the apartment that include granite countertops, a flatscreen tv, and nice cabinets… and flooring. I have enjoyed the fun of setting up my new place and the challenge of arranging things to fit comfortably in the space. The management of the apartment complex is always helpful and does their best to do what is needed for their residents and maintenance is fast and fixes things right. Overall, I am enjoying my experience at Trellis Canyon Creek.

Best in the Area

My brother just moved in last weekend and this apartments are very well kept the staff is truly wonderful free coffee , resident events are great we had breakfast on Friday I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that does that .

Welcoming Community

I am currently in my 2nd lease with this complex. Management is great, and the location is a plus.

Any service issues are resolved quickly and Management does a great job making it a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

The centralized location makes it easy to move around the city and love the fact there are tons of places (food, shopping, entertainment) nearby.
