I enjoy living at Cortland Lakemont. The apartment complex is well maintained. It is near grocery stores and restaurants. Hwy 99, FM 1093, and I10 is very accessible from the apartment. The apartment is quiet not noisy. I can always find parking in front of my apartment or very near it. The maintenance team is always available.

This complex is very well maintained. The landscape is beautiful. The area is fairly quiet and the lakes around are a plus.

Overall I have had a good experience living in Cortland Lakemont. This will be my second year living here and I must say management is attentive to any issue and the service team are prompt when anything needs fixing. Yes I would recommend living here.
