Excellent community with great staff and maintenance crew who care. It’s a quiet community that offers great sized units equivalent to town houses. Raina and Lauren are my favorite people in the office, they always go above and beyond. I moved away and came back for the great price and community - 10 out of 10 recommend!

A wonderful quiet unque property that feels more like a small village than an apartment complex. The landscape is beautifully and thoughtfully done. It's well kept and has a resort style pool area. It has onenof the best staff members I have worked with. Lauren has been thorough attentive responsive and a pleasure to work with from first inquiry to now. I love the consistency and that the service level didn't seem to change once I became a resident. This has been an enjoyable experience so much... so, that I dont even miss my last apartment, just enjoying this one.

We enjoy living at Cortland Lakemont. The staff at Cortland Lakemont are very nice and polite. They will respond to any need you might have. Sometimes we get free snow cones. That is very nice in the summer. There are other events like giving the residents and families Halloween candy for Halloween. There are other events like movie night. The pool and gym are really nice. There is a doggie park on site. The apartment complex is very pet friendly. The apartment complex is conveniently located to... 99 and the West Park Toll Road. We are not that far from I10. Our maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The is good for taking walks. There are several ponds nearby to walk around. Moreover, there is a new park in the area for the family to visit. You can play pickle ball, basketball, and soccer. And the young kids can play in the water sprinklers at the park.
