Great property

I have lived here for 4 1/2 years; through multiple owners and management companies. I will say the newest owners and management company are a great improvement over the past ones. I get prompt attention to maintenance issues. Rent has stabilized as have utilities.

Stay Away

The property has been sold about once a year since we've moved in. This new management is by far the worse. They are not tenant friendly, frankly cocky. And the type of people being allowed to move in is becoming more and more trashy. Hopefully it will sell again soon and the new management will be more user friendly and professional.
