My Aunt has lived here for the past 13 months. Ryan & Angela welcomed her with open arms and treated her like the special lady she is. Edgar & the maintenance team were there to assist immediately when she submitted maintenance requests. The pool is resort style with the beautiful cabanas. The resident events allowed her to meet great neighbors. I myself just signed a new lease and look forward to continued terrific service.

Good new apartments .. Good staff , helpful and friendly . Swimming pool is awesome and gaming room is very good .


Only one issue i see is few dog owners not cleaning the mess which makes property dirty . If u see 3rd building stairs you will see what i am talking about .

Westvale is an attractive community, but it falls short in important areas. The washer and dryer are undersized and tough on clothes, and roaches are an ongoing issue in both the units and the parking lot. It’s disappointing that the front desk doesn’t seem proactive about fixing these problems, especially since the rent suggests a higher standard of quality and care.
