Has been absolutely fantastic. We moved in middle of July 2024 and just renewed for the coming year. The property is always in good shape and the amenities are taken care of by the residents and staff.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex. The community is friendly, the grounds are well-kept, and there’s a great sense of neighborhood here. Management is generally responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

The only issue I’ve run into is with mail delivery It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a little frustrating.

Overall, it’s a great place to live with a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and... community-oriented apartment!

Leasing agents have been great, very respectful and always offering assistance.

The office Manager and Assistant Manager are a different story. Both very rude, smug looks on their faces when greeted by residents and they seem to be annoyed anytime you lightly argue an issue that’s reasonable to resolve.

My Aunt has lived here for the past 13 months. Ryan & Angela welcomed her with open arms and treated her like the special lady she is. Edgar & the maintenance team were there to assist immediately when she submitted maintenance requests. The pool is resort style with the beautiful cabanas. The resident events allowed her to meet great neighbors. I myself just signed a new lease and look forward to continued terrific service.
