Look somewhere else!

This apartment complex management is horrible. Nothing ever gets fixed. I have broken toilets for two years now. Multiple work orders ha e been put in they just mark them as fixed. This place is cheap and in a good location. This is the only reason people move here. Then they get stuck because of the economy.

The small little property has a cute boutique style, the manager there was extremely helpful and very professional, apartments are clean and have nice patio area

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER

I’ve lived here for my year long lease and it’s the WORST. You have a complaint about anything? You might as well not waste your time with telling management. Might as well write it down on a piece of paper and burn the paper. That’s how effective the staff is. Trying to get in contact with the office? Good luck. You might as well try to call Mars, you might get an actual dial tone if you call Mars unlike if you call the office here. They have “rules” but don’t enforce them AT ALL. It’s… basically a playground around here. Actually wouldn’t even call it that because at least people MAINTAIN a playground. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great property.

I just moved in and the manager, Isis, made the process easy and smooth. She went through the lease contract word by word. The unit has great features such as the wood panel look to the flooring. I was absolutely satisfied how the apt was renovated. Basically two people make this complex great Isis and her maintenance staff. The staff keeps a clean property and will fix anything that breaks immediately!! They are more than willing to help you anyway possible! I've no issues with neighbors at all… . Very friendly and quite community. Though it is not the newest place in the neighborhood, you can't find better place when it comes to price vs location/property ratio. Isis as a manager always makes sure her residents are satisfied!

Amazed with the community

My experience since I came to tour with isis has been nothing but great. This is our first time renting and isis has made super easy by communicating every step of the way. I cannot express how easy and stressful free it has been. We are Super excited to move in.
