Aura 35Fifty

Living here truly feels like resort-style living, and my experience has been excellent from day one. Everyone I’ve met in the community has been incredibly nice, which has made settling in even better. The staff—Johnny, Kelly, and Kevin—are a major part of what makes this place feel like home. They’re always helpful, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents’ well-being.
Johnny was the leasing agent who helped me find my apartment, and he made the process smooth and stress-free. Even... though he’s newer to the position, he never hesitated to track down answers and always followed up quickly. He has also been extremely patient in helping me with all of my technology questions.
Since move-in, Johnny, Kelly, and Kevin have consistently gone above and beyond. Just recently, Kevin helped me tremendously when my dog ate some ant mound poison and I urgently needed a new vet because mine wouldn’t help. He immediately stopped what he was doing and found a vet who could take care of my dog right away. That level of care meant so much to me.
The property itself is gorgeous and always clean. The amenities are truly resort-quality—there’s a beautiful resort-style pool with grilling areas and outdoor lawn games, an amazing clubhouse with a TV lounge, bar, pool table, and card table, plus a fully equipped gym. Each building has storage units, and there are garages and carports available on-site, which is a huge bonus.
On top of all that, the community hosts fun resident events every month, which makes it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected.
Overall, this community offers true resort-style living with friendly neighbors, top-notch amenities, and an outstanding staff. I highly recommend it! Read More

My husband and I had the pleasure of touring Aura 35Fifty with Kevin. Everything here is an absolute dream come true. There are plenty of amenities for kids and adults. The costumer service Kevin gave us was absolute amazing. The apartments are very spacious. There's enough room for yourself or a growing family. The only reason we didn't go with this apartment is because our house ended up being built a lot faster than we expected. The things I like most about Aura 35Fifty, are all of the amenities. The two story gym has everything you need to work out, and the resort style pool has a great vibe and is huge!

These apartments are beautiful! The pool is my favorite part and perfect for this Texas heat.
