Maintenance Request We needed a light bulb replaced in our kitchen light. Maintenance came in and saw what type of light fixture the apartment had. The one maintenance man went and got two bulbs and the other maintenance man took the light fixture apart. The one maintenance man returned with two bulbs and the two men replaced the broken bulbs with two new ones. The light was fixed and the men asked if we needed anything else fixed. When I said that we were good, they went on their way. They... were very kind and very professional. Thank you!

Do not live here! Have had raw sewage back up into my apartment multiple times. Management has been rude about it every time and refuses to properly sanitize after.

FYI, smoking is allowed inside the units, which isn't disclosed anywhere. They don't say a word about it until you're stuck living inside a unit that smells like the inside of a cigarette. We now have clothes, blankets, furniture, sheets, and towels that smell like cigarette even though WE DO NOT SMOKE.
