Management was very nice, but the buildings themselves are falling apart. Maintenance was constantly having to shut the water completely off for "repairs" - at least 3-4 times per month. We had a myriad of maintenance issues - the garbage disposal which took a week to fix while it stank up the apartment, the AC in the bathroom didn't work, the AC for the apartment made a loud BANG sound every time it shut off (every time for 2 years straight), the paint in the bathtub was peeling off (which they... repainted the morning we moved in), the oven door broke, we had water damage in our pantry because of leaky pipes, and our bathroom doorway leaked dirty brown water. Maintenance was nice and very good at responding, but it seemed there was constantly something wrong.

The Brixton is a great place to call your home. What else can you ask for? The property is clean and has many amenities to choose from. Miss Oliva is a great manager and is willing to work with you with what ever you are needing. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
