Good for the price

We have been living in Wyndhaven in 09 for almost a year now, we will not be renewing our lease simply because we need to be closer to our jobs. These apartments aren't great, but they're not terrible either. For the area (Alamo Heights, near tourist areas and downtown) the price is reasonable, but there are residents who like to be rowdy and there have been quite a few times where I have called the police due to neighbors fighting, arguing, or being loud. The apartment itself is nice, newly... remodeled floors and decorations. It's on the small side, but it's a good size for one person or a couple. The 208 side seems to have problems with roaches, but the 209 side hasn't had issues worth reporting. The water randomly goes out for a day or two every now and then, but it's nothing horrible. Overall, these apartments are okay at best. They're nice on the inside, a little eyesore on the outside and not in the best neighborhood. But for a first apartment right out of college, they weren't bad at all.
