They dont take resident safety seriously at all
I'm very disappointed with the lack of action from management regarding a serious safety concern. For over two weeks, another tenant has kept an unlicensed, unmoved vehicle parked directly in front of my home. This same tenant has been rude, confrontational, and tries to intimidate me whenever I walk outside whenever he happens to be out too.
I reported this to the office, explaining that I feel unsafe and uncomfortable - especially as a single mother with a young toddler. I was told there are... parking limits and rules, yet nothing has been enforced. The vehicle is still there, and the behavior continues.
I pay rent like everyone else and expect the same respect, safety, and enforcement of community policies. The lack of response from management is unacceptable and makes me question how seriously resident safety is taken here. I hope this review finally prompts action, because no resident should feel unsafe in their own home.

When this matter was brought to our attention, our team reviewed the situation and... communicated with the appropriate parties to ensure expectations within the community were understood. While guests are welcome in our community, residents are responsible for ensuring their guests follow community standards.
Our community parking is first-come, first-served, and we encourage residents to contact the office directly if concerns arise so they can be addressed promptly. We remain committed to maintaining a respectful and comfortable living environment for all residents.
