Administración

La administración que tienen ahora es de lo más pésimo la persona que tienen ahí ahora es grosera y por todo grita y no te contesta tus preguntas. Dice que viene arreglar todo lo malo que hicieron las administraciones pasadas, pero no veo ningún cambio en el área de la alberca Donde todos los fines de semana las mismas personas tienen un escándalo música muy fuerte, gritan mucho porque están muy tomados. Hay botellas de vidrio quebradas por donde quiera y están hasta tarde. También hay basura… por todos lados. Todos los días mandas tu Request para que vengan y te arreglen algo y no lo hace, tengo más de 10 días que mandé los míos ya hasta ahorita no tengo respuesta el nombre de la persona que está ahorita es Silvia

New Management

**New Management** October 2022. If you need a printed lease, according to the front office “we don’t do that here”, needed one for my child’s school and they wouldn’t print one. If you get fleas in your apartment, expect to pay OUT OF POCKET FOR TREATMENT even if you don’t have pets. Fleas have now appeared in my unit and I don’t have pets and according to the front office “neither do we so why should we pay”. When I pointed out that the previous management did not allow pets the new… management team stated “Neither do we” yet it is advertised as pet friendly. This is the 1st time I’ve run into a community that will sacrifice customer satisfaction to save a few bucks. The cost to live here increased by roughly 15% compared to the last ownership group for current residents and they are now charging Market Rents for new residents. This place has frequent water outages, I assume due to age. Just be sure and ask all questions of all possible scenarios before you decide to move here. If it’s not in writing it doesn’t matter what you’re told when it comes to apartment living. Best of luck to existing and future residents.
