To start, the pictures are nothing like the real thing. I have witnessed staff lie to prospective tenants. I have had closet doors nearly crush my kids with nothing but a glance and putting the door back on track. (That happened multiple times even though I informed them it needed to be re-tracked.) The locking fixture on my bathroom door is busted. I told them it needed a new piece of wood for the door frame, they merely picked up the fixture and reattached it to the rotted door frame. Constant… pool closure and water shut offs. We are on consecutive day 4 now of no water and I am writing this from a motel room with my kids. I had security issues with a neighbor who was knocking on my door, cursing at me and intimidating me and my children and even called the police. The mgmt refused to move me when I told them I feared for our safety. This man lived right across from me. If you have kids and they like to play, you must be careful. Kids were riding bikes and skateboards and were told they could not. This is going on year 4 with no swing set. A bunch of kids found boxes and made a fort and were told it needed to be removed. Oh! NEVER RENT HERE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My door was broken down by the fire department looking for fire and the apartments didn’t not secure my door. I came home to a scribbled note I could barely read. When I called to ask why no one called me to tell me what I would be coming home to and why my door was not fixed I got cut off and hung up on by Jeffery in the office. Then I call back and speak with Rita and explain that I don’t appreciate being hung up on when I had valid… question and I pay them monthly. Rita just asks me, “Are you done”. I’m a pretty laid back person. I had to call multiple times this summer due to a/c issues that took 2 months to fix. ( I was hot, had to come up with a system to keep my place as cool as possible) I didnt complain or ask for reminbursement but the way they treated me this time makes me wasn’t to never give these people another dime. Then to top things off I come home to a note stating my door won’t be fixed until they order parts as if Lowe’s isn’t down the street and my safety is none of their concern. My family and I moved in a few months ago and it has been smooth sailing. The location is great and the school district is one of the best. I would recommend these apartments. The office staff is friendly and maintenance response time is rather fast.

The apartment, the leasing crew, and the maintenance is AWESOME!! I have NO complaints and I would recommend them to anyone.
