I expect first world problems when I’m paying first world rent. Been there. Done that. When my rent is $1,500 (oh, they’ll prove the “rent” is only 1,175 but the fees you can’t escape make it $1500), I expect more.

My unit isn’t even renovated. No ice maker. No doors on the laundry room. And more. But what gets me is you get NO RESERVED PARKING SPACE. new neighbors moved in, and they never leave apparently. And they have multiple cars. Guess what?
I now park three times further from my door.... I have to go and pay another $35 each month to have a parking space. Not covered parking either. Just a parking space.
First world problems I can handle.
If only I was paying first world rent.

The great location and floor plans are severely undermined by living in a place you might not want to entertain in or by living in a place that encourages you to have bad days because of new neighbors and the party next door that means you walk three or four times further to get home. Hope you don’t have groceries. Hope it’s not raining. Hope aren’t on a date.

This place has linked up vents and since we've moved in time and time again we've been assaulted by strong persistent odors coming in from the neighboring units. Weed, cigarettes, laundry detergent, dirty wash water and paint thinner have been some of the offenders that have nauseated us.

turn around and leave this APT complex, I am a resident at this complex and have been here under 2 years and since their management has changed the service has gone down to the toilet, problems with this place was water that 2 to 3 times a week they would shut down the water for old piping or the water hitter and now they have problems with paying your rent over the net, their system dose not take some banks that their previous system used to take, now they are charging your to pay $49.00 on the... top of your rent to pay with your bank card, and if you have problem with something in your apartment they are insisting to report it only online and they will decline your problem in person, so you have to do everything over the website that mostly wont work. Let me begin with the good. I love my floor plan and I really enjoy my apartment. There’s hardly any pests.

But, management is horrible. We had NO hot water for the WHOLE month of July . From that they keep turning off and on the water to keep making repairs sometimes with no announcement and during the morning when you no to shower for work.
I’ve met 4 different leasing managers on my 9 months living here. There’s a lot of theft, the Pool was not cleaned until after the summer and there’s been... two occasions where they removed all the trash cans for a week.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend although it’s a very lovely place to live and the location is good.

In the last 2 weeks, the tires have been stolen from at least 3 vehicles, they promise safety and it is not true
