Brooksfield Apartments

I've been living here at Brookfield for 5years now and would like to say that management has been very helpful and would like to give a thumbs up to their communication response. Communication is key to getting things done. Thank you for getting things done in a timely manner.

Within the 2yrs I have lived here I have payed over $1000 in avoidable tow fees due to the negligence of the complex. Along with an increase of rent the past year expect to pay $200 to the towing company.
While the complex is focused on towing your car there will be murders, break-ins, and car thefts and damage to cars.... but at least they are enforcing parking violations, right?

Front office is slow and never answers the phone. Maintenance guys are sweet and try their best but can take a while to fix something. There are people breaking into cars and stealing cars at the apartment complex and management hasn’t done anything to stop it. The water is off at least 3/4 times a month for maintenance. The dog park is full of poop and there’s roaches. The exterminator just sprays whatever and leaves but doesn’t really do anything other than walk along the walls of the... apartment. There’s never any visitors parking because residents park there. My neighbor has at least 12 people leaving in the apartment and are forever smoking outside my window. The apartment complex is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend it. Read More
