I found my Happy Place

I love living here. This is not a normal community it’s family. My neighbors are so nice and the office team is amazing. The location is in a convenient location.i love my townhome!

Great place to live!

Since day one Robin has always made this place a great place to live! She cares for all the residents that live here and makes living here enjoyable. The staff has great communication with residents and are always quick to address any issues.

The community always has family friendly events which made the community feel more safe and close-knit. The location works out well as you are close to a major highway and walkable to a couple of restaurants.

I’ve lived at plenty of communities but… staff here is great and they never feel like a bother. They go above and beyond!

Love Living Here

I’ve had a great experience living at Caliza. The community feels very safe, well-maintained, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to every day. I’ve also had no issues with the internet. It has been reliable and works well for both work and streaming. The overall atmosphere and sense of security really set this community apart. Highly recommend!

The Feeling of Community

We chose to live at Caliza for the community aspect. The community being new was just the icing on the cake. This community is special because of the people, they treat you like family. We haven’t experienced anything like it. Lauren and Robin are the absolute best. We couldn’t have asked for better!
