Horrible Management

Packages stolen all the time.
No background checks or verification so anyone who can pay to live here lives here.
Car break ins constantly.
Unannounced fire alarms probably once a month.
3 broken pipes a year during the couple freezing weeks a year San Antonio has.
Management shrugs at all of these problems then puts the blame on residents.

We love this place!! It is a beautiful, quiet, and safe place to live. Being within walking distance to La Cantera Mall is also a plus. The current office staff is friendly, professional, and always on top of any issue that arises.

This place is wonderful to live, peaceful and safe.
My balcony view is so relaxing, all the amenities are great,Specially the pool!!
Since I move here, I find my self having longer walks to the shops at la cantera with my fur baby.
Easy access to 1604 and IH10 this I love is very convenient for me.
moving here was a great choice.

Right now, my review would be recommending against leasing here. There are too many issues that cause me stress over comfort about living here. Some items have been taken care of, but only after months of extreme discomfort. There are still many things that need to be taken care of until they are back to normal. In the mean time, we are still paying full rent for less that what was insinuated at time of move in. And now while conditions are still unsatisfactory, rents are going up due to market… conditions being taken advantage of, but still with subpar (yes, that is subjective) living conditions compared to supposed luxury/upscale.
