DO NOT RENT HERE

If you enjoy living in the company of German cockroaches, then this place is the place for you!
Maintenance people are very quick to fix your AC (which is what earns this 1 star rating, otherwise I’d give this place gets a negative star rating if I could) but take weeks on resolving other maintenance issues. The management team definitely doesn’t give a care about your needs and refuses to accommodate you in relocating to a different unit. Not mention mailboxes were constantly getting broken… into nightly. Oh, and if you do decide to move here after reading my review, I would suggest getting a 2nd floor apartment and be that annoying upstairs neighbor who walks and moves things around at 1 in the morning.

No peace or quiet

Constant car alarms and shouting matches between 11pm-4am, multiple cars have been broken into om property with management not taking any steps to help residents. Leaf blowers daily, drafty windows and doors, nails sticking up from carpet, terrible office staff (except Irene) and poor maintenance efficiency. Would not recommend, STAY AWAY

Went by the complex last week to view an apartment. Wasn't impressed by the sliding glass door next to the front door...faux balcony with no wall between the two doors. Odd layout. Apartments are small for the price but was willing to settle for a short-term lease at the same price as a 12 month lease. Upon leaving, the leasing agent said she would email my roommate and I leasing paperwork to fill out. A week later...still waiting. Guess they weren't needed new tenants after all.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest buildings in town. Neighborhood is amazing. The management company in charge does a great job. They respond to your request quickly. I love this company wouldn't want to live anywhere else. 6 stars if I could.

deplorable customer service!

With Temps pushing 85 daily it took a week and several unreturned phone calls. Management cares about rent and not the living conditions.
Parking is absolutely horrible and not enforced.
There is is a pack of strays that love to meow loud always rout night.
Walls Walls and roof are extremely thin be prepared to hear every footstep upstairs makes.
Rent just went up 40 bucks too, enjoy the outdated appliances. Can't wait to move my family is totally unhappy.
