Great location!

I recently moved to San Antonio and looked at over 10 apartment complexes. This property stood out by far! The location is close to USAA and great shopping! The price is great and o even get an attached garage. The maintenance men are great and the office girls are the sweetest! I love my new home!

I would not recommend living here. I have been a homeowner and chose the apartment life once my needs changed. I lived somewhere 3 years before moving here and I hate that I left. I miss the customer service, better resolution to maintenance issues, being able to use the pool in the summer and the quietness. If you do move there do not let them put you in a unit by the gate. It rings louder than a siren and will wake you up at night. It’s like it’s inside your home. And guess what, no... one cares.

Cozy community!

The environment inside Cortland at Fredericksburg immediately felt like home. It’s quiet, calm and peaceful. I love to walk along the walking trail in the afternoons. I’m so glad to call this place home!
