The amount we pay for a one bedroom continues to go up and no changes are made to our unit to match the price increase. We are paying hundreds of dollars more than when we first signed our lease for no reason other than greed. We have never been late on rent or had any issues with this complex. But every time our lease ends, they expect more money for the same unit.

Cortland Walker Ranch is a wonderful community! I’m a 72 year old widow that has Parkinson’s Disease and Jessica and the other team members at the front office are so nice to me and have welcomed me with open arms. My apartment is lovely and when I have told them I need something, they don’t hesitate with their solutions and helpful attitudes. Me and my kitties love this place! ??

I lived at Cortland Walker Ranch from 2013 to 2018, then moved away for seven years. As soon as I found out my company was moving me back to San Antonio, I immediately contacted Walker Ranch so I could return to this great community!

I moved into this apartment complex 3 months ago, and have been quite happy about my decision to move here.. Completely satisfied with all aspects of the service provided by all staff members. This apartment complex goes above great service: it creates a real sense of community with periodically providing community events.
