I really appreciate the team's efforts in resolving the issues I mentioned when I moved in... it was clear that you guys made an effort, and I appreciate it. The app works very well and makes communication easier. Just don't slack off on cleaning and maintenance because there are opportunities with maintenance, but I appreciate the effort.

Clean working units when starting a lease. I want another unit with working appliances as advertised. Need a working unit to move into, this one needs to be worked on before someone moves on. Electrical shorts are a hazard, broken stove since move in date is unacceptable

Nice place

Love my apartment! The pool and gym are great! The office team are always inviting and the service guys are quick. Also great location to the airport.

This has been my favorite apartment experience so far! Management has been awesome since the second I scheduled a tour online. They contacted me with follow up questions so that they could find the perfect apartment for me, so when I came to tour they already had a unit in mind for me, and it was perfect! I love living by the pool, it’s only loud on the weekends sometimes but never rowdy. There’s so many trees and birds so it’s a great place to walk around and especially beautiful in the... mornings. The sunset is great from here too. Being next to the salado creek trails is a huge plus! Great location, management, and maintenance! Special shout out to Cynthia who has been so helpful ever since she gave me the tour and always has a big smile and wave when you pass her in the complex. She will make you feel at home.

My forever home

I love living here. I’ve been here 4 years and plan on dying here. The staff has the best customer service and goes out of their way to bring my mail to me when I’m not feeling well. The maintenance is always reliable and the pool is fabulous for my grandkids.
