Terrible

Roach problem for YEARS, mold that they say is not mold and to wipe away with bleach. Maintenance marks work orders as complete without even working them. Old cabinets that literally dry rot off.

Disappointing

This place is an all around drag and a poor excuse of an apartment complex. Management is a joke, they will never give you a straight answer and if you call to complain about anything or even just ask a question they will be rude and disrespectful. There always seems to be an issue with water and no exact reason as to why. The maintenance men can barley tie their own shoes much less fix anything wrong in your apartment, can't trust them to look at anything without myself or wife being there to… watch them only make thing worse. If you value good communication and like feeling safe and proud to be a part of a community, then this is definitely not the place for you. If you are new to San Antonio steer clear of Hilltop Oaks.

Resourceful

Iam currently in the transition part of trying to move to these apts. I can say so far the staff has replied to me in a timely manner, everyone i spoke with was helpful and not rude, like the 3 apts i talked to before about leasing, Iam looking forward to this community. Thx Office staff of Hilltop oaks apts yall really made things alot easier for me at such a stressful time. Mrs.R. Brown

Horrible

Horrible communication, their is a constant problem with the water it's always disconnected without notification, our hot water hasnt been working going to 6 days now and the office and maintenance dont know anything. And they send out papers saying they're gonna start charging everyone for things unnecessary, while they cant even supply us hot water.
