No one returns calls, emails, inquiries on the website etc

The lack of professionalism and compassion I received was a huge slap to the face. After being patient with management about my concerns for my home for years and them showing no concern to complete or at least try to fix anything; made me feel as if I’m just another dollar sign in their eyes.

I ABSOULTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Management was never at the office when you needed them and were always hard to get in contact with. They only ever care when rent is due. Took like 3-4 months for the laundry facilities to be open for use. Gates always manually opened for non residents to enter. Break ins happened at the start and police officers always getting called at least every other day. Trash is never in the trash bins and always out in hallways. Elevator is always sketchy. The whole setup of the apartment is wacky also.... Switches in the wrong places and water pressure sucks. People smoking weed in balcony’s or in apartments and you can smell in the hallways and vents. Oh and the most annoying thing is the doors to the property never open with key fob so rocks are placed to hold doors open. Residents just don’t care for the property and are always damaging things.
