NOT WORTH IT
PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've moved into the NOAH apartments somewhat recently and I have yet to have a good day living here. As kind as the front office people are, they have tried to shame me for having complaints because the apartments have recently come under new management and ownership and they think I should give them grace for that. Calling or emailing the NOAH is completely unreliable and I have never gotten a response to a voicemail or email.
I have had SEVERAL (double digits)... maintenance requests into the NOAH for nearly a month and none of them have been fixed. The only time I have been able to get into contact with the maintenance guy was through the emergency line and even then, I had to text him to remind him to go to my apartment after he didn't show for 4.5 hours after stating that he would be over in 30-45 minutes. Once again, when I have talked to people at the office about my maintenance requests, they have said that they understand my complaints, but they need me to understand that they only have one maintenance guy at the moment. Not sure if this is a dumb question but, why don't they hire another maintenance person?
The prices for these apartments used to be way better before the new management/ownership. The price of a 1-bedroom apartment jumped $100-$300 and absolutely no new work/money has been put in to upgrade the individual apartments or the complex. These people are absolute grifters.
Not sure if all the issues are due to the front office people and their mismanagement, or if the owners, Trinity Residential, are not giving enough resources to their employees to properly run the complex. The people in the office are SO KIND, but no amount of kindness can make up for the nightmare experience that I have had thus far.
