ParkVista Apartments

I felt like the bugs were sharing the room with me. I woke up with them on my face. The construction of the apartment was flimsy and there were holes everywhere. And there was always noise I would either wake up to the garbage truck or mowing.

#1 They break into cars
#2 maintenance sucks
#3 no security no secure gates for your cars
#4 shootings every weekend
#5 Washers are disgusting full of nats or mosquitoes there not even chairs to sit while waiting! Floors are always filthy
#6 the ONLY playground that we have is BROKEN on ONE of the 2 slides
#7 the gates around the apartment are broken and give easy accessibility for anyone to come in
#8 there has been... occasional break ins into homes !
#9 pool is filthyyyyyyyyy
#10 dog poop is everywhere

And if anyone from the leasing office is reading this .. I think its time yall hire a SECURITY doiing entry and exit monitoring #1 and #2 fix the foundation of the gates around the apartments.. that would be a fantastic start ... maybe crime would go down BIG time !

vHighly recommend on anyone considering this place as a safe place of residency to absolutely reconsider..Not even the mailboxes are safe! As I checked my mail on Friday July 15th I noticed that my entire lock had been punched in and out of the mailbox door..Oddly enough right under the supervision of the newly installed cameras facing down on the Mailboxes. I went to inform the office team of the situation and I was told they would place a work order to have the lock replaced! Here it is Monday... July 18th and still not useable Mailbox. I asked the office personnel once again if they had and eta on the lock replacement and was told that the maintenance were out doing repairs and that my mailbox was not a priority..I've temporarily had to have any packages re-routed to a trusted neighbor since its just not safe to have anything delivered to your door. Packages have been stolen from my doorstep during the day. Im not sure what priorities the office personnel was referring to unless it was the falling down trees just outside my doorstep, the busted water line that ran past my apt door for roughly 47 days, the foot high grass outside my doorstep, the massive water waste from several busted water lines..The gym that is practically no existent, or the pool that has been slimy green since last fall or the front concrete walls that are literally falling down on the sidewalk in front of the Apt Complex..Zero security with an entire Apt complex running itself is the current living conditions at PV! The inmates are running the prison!!Making it and unbearable experience for the residents that live here and pay their rent on time trying to make Ends Meet!! And to think all I wanted to do was check my mail without it being broken into the under the watchful eyes of the Management teams security cameras, that want to school me on Priorities :) Read More
