Great interior apartments, maintenance guys are super helpful, the only thing that’s negative about living here is how bad 1604 is but that’s about it.

TLDR; Beware! Don’t move here if you want to deal with Pharaoh Ants!

We just moved in at the beginning of December and it’s been a nightmare. We immediately reported sightings of ants in our unit from day one. Unfortunately we moved from out of state and weren’t able to see the specific unit prior to moving in otherwise this would have been a huge red flag to turn the other way.

We pleaded with management and corporate to move us into another unit and literally 48 hours after moving into a new... unit, we had ants AGAIN. After having pest control come out twice, the problem just gets worse. We don’t even eat in the unit anymore because we just want the problem to go away and constantly worry about attracting more.

We keep our space very tidy, habitually cleaning every 2-3 days but these ants literally pop up everywhere, from our bathtub, the walls, the dishwasher, the sinks, and from behind outlets and light switches. We’ve even had to resort to throwing out tons of food from the pantry and can’t even use some of our space, like our office setup because they get on everything. They invaded our closet last week and we had to resort to hanging clothes in the living room ??

We’ve cooperated with management every step of the way, even when they did their best to gaslight us on the issue numerous times. We show them documentation of what’s going on but they simply don’t care. They won’t allow us to break our lease and want to charge thousands of dollars to do so with no negotiation whatsoever.

At this point the problem has compromised our mental health, our ability to live freely in our apartment, and has interrupted our daily job routine as we work from home.

Our experience has been FAR from acceptable, especially considering the amount we are paying to live here, let alone a whole other list of issues with this complex (quality of apartment features, noise, structural issues, loud pipes, dirty hallways, broken elevators, etc)

At this point we’ve opened a case with the health department to help with breaking our lease.

I highly recommend living at ridgeline apartments they have wonderful staff, Reyna the property manager is amazing she takes care of her tenants and pays attention to detail , B is great leasing agent always takes care of the tenants and future prospects, along with Taylor and Darrell the property maintenance take care of all the property needs they are a great team .. amazing place to live .. I highly recommend.

I recently visited for a tour and was immediately made to feel at home. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Great place, nice location, quiet and clean. Highly recommend and I will be returning when ready to apply. I appreciate you, Ms. Reyna, for your lovely spirit :)

I have no complaints other than I wish the pool could have been resurfaced.
