Kitchen and restroom cabinets falling apart due to old wood, Ac stinks. Water bill is between $75-$115. People who left good reviews are either okay with living amongst questionable people or have no idea what really goes on here. COPS ARE ALWAYS HERE! Cars are often broken into or stolen our neighbors car was stolen and found with damages days later it wasn’t the first time so they moved out a week later. On another occasion neighbors and I witnessed a car with bullet holes and broken windows… abandoned by a dumpster according to police it was involved in a crime. People take their personal issues outside especially at night. DG DEALS happening daily at all hours day and night possibly bringing in dangerous people around our homes. Gate has been broken for over four years! Far from a gated and safe community. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL LIFESTYLE! I don't know why there is even good reviews on here. But let be honest never write reviews..renovated but the interior was left old and worn out. I was told to wait the day I was suppose to move in as maintenance personnel were still painting the interior walls. Once I was able to move in, tools were left in my new apartment and the paint was still wet! The AC system was over 20 years old and did not cool the apartment. The average temperature was around 80 degrees in the summer. I had to sleep… with all my windows open to get a breeze. I brought this to management's attention who stated they wouldn't repair the AC as it would cost too much. The management was not helpful and very unreliable. There is a high level of crime in the complex with both my and my wife's vehicle being burglarized while parked in the parking lot. You can look at the SAPD crime stats to show how many reports of theft and burglary occur in the complex. The front gate to the "gated community" was always broken and never closed, which they advertise the complex as secure. Again, management did nothing to correct the issue. I moved out this September when my lease was up. I have still not received my deposit ($215) back as management promised after the move out inspection. I have called multiple times to the onsite leasing and corporate offices and have received no answer. The front desk clerk always states "the manager is unavailable." Ever since we moved here, the first managers were very unprofessional!! The new managers now! Are super attentive, professional and are they treat you like home instead of just a resident! Sandy and Olga are awesome people!! Thank you guys for your hard work and for improving what the previous managers left unattended! You guys are the best!!
