Pros : Great location and price for the location that you get. The pool is nice and the upgraded fitness center is really nice. Plenty of great restaurants in the area.

Cons : maintenance requests will take months to get fixed. The elevator in the 123 building is always breaking & the inspection sticker for it expired 16 months ago. Yes, it EXPIRED 16 months ago, and the thing breaks every week! Walking up 5 flights of stairs in the summer SUCKS. The complex manager is not a people person. ... Love it here. The community is incomparable!! Wouldn't trade it for the world! I have made lifelong friendships!!! Access to everything including local bars, restaurants, and food trucks!!

The staff are amazing and super helpful. It's a safe environment. I have not experienced any incidents so far. The facilities are nice and equipped. It's super close to the river walk.
