Positive reviews were bribed

New management has completely failed the residents and only care about themselves. There is a severe lack of communication when it comes to management, so good luck trying to talk to them. The elevators haven’t been inspected since 2024 and are constantly breaking and sound like it will collapse at any given moment. Complex overall is so dirty and they only clean the very front to give off the illusion of cleanliness, but won’t touch anything else. Fell in love with the location and old… management, but now it’s unbearable.

Pros : Great location and price for the location that you get. The pool is nice and the upgraded fitness center is really nice. Plenty of great restaurants in the area.

Cons : maintenance requests will take months to get fixed. The elevator in the 123 building is always breaking & the inspection sticker for it expired 16 months ago. Yes, it EXPIRED 16 months ago, and the thing breaks every week! Walking up 5 flights of stairs in the summer SUCKS. The complex manager is not a people person. … Communication from them is terrible. They keep sending emails acknowledging their terrible communication and that it’ll get better, but it’s been 8 months, and that still hasn’t happened.

Love it here. The community is incomparable!! Wouldn't trade it for the world! I have made lifelong friendships!!! Access to everything including local bars, restaurants, and food trucks!!

The staff are amazing and super helpful. It's a safe environment. I have not experienced any incidents so far. The facilities are nice and equipped. It's super close to the river walk.
