With the new it is impossible to contact them. There are many things that break and management difficulty handling anything. Office hours are 9-5 and that makes it impossible for anything to be done even if you manage to get off work. Also the gate doesn’t work, so anybody can stroll on in and steal your amazon packages or car. Which has happened at least 1-2 times a month. Everyone in the office can come off as defensive and abrasive for what seems like no reason. Cars broken into daily or stolen daily and Management does nothing about it.

Usually when walking into a office, the managers stay sitting and greet me. Here, they stand up right away, & sit till ur seated. I hear the management is new, Ms.Mary is so awesome! Shes very professional and sweet, although I wasnt approved on this property she still referred me to a apartment locator which i didnt kno existsed. Thank u for that!

While I lived here I encountered every issue you can imagine. I had never seen a bed bug in my life but was infested in the first week of moving in. It took them multiple calls to get them to even send an inspector. I had numerous rats and cockroaches in my apartment. It took them weeks to fix a leaking ceiling. My mail was stolen multiple times and when I brought it up to the office they made excuses again and again. When their billing system charged me the wrong amount they tried to hit me… with a late fee. Do not move here, move anywhere else. It's not worth the trouble. Read More
