Some people in management like to hang up on you when they don't want to deal with you. The gates are usually broken so it's a false sense of security thinking you live in a gated community. They never contact you if they damage your property even though they say they'll call you back. When the freeze happened we didn't have water for over 2 weeks while other apartments had water and because it's a community water you end up paying for other people's water when you didn't even have water and... all they do is give you a $10 deductible though you didn't have water for like half a month. Let's start with how they charge you for water you didn't get for two weeks and think a $10 discount makes up for that. Then let's move on to them breaking your personal property and never saying anything about it even though they were supposed to "call you back". Now let's move on to the gates that seem to always be broken so that idea of being in a "gated community" can just go out the window. Let's add that summer people like to leave work 30 to 40 mins early so if you expect for something to... be fixed even though it's not an emergency and they should still be working it's not going to happen. Expect to have to clean up things yourself that you didn't make the mess up as well. Let's not forget that management likes to hang up on you even when you're not being rude. I lived here for an entire year, yes it's a cheap place but management was horrible. Management is unresponsive and they make you feel unwelcome. Maintenance will enter your apartment without your consent. The outside of the building is falling apart filled with raccoons and cockroaches. I don't recommend this apartment, when I first moved in everything was given to me dirty and dusty. Not worth your time or money.

Nothing but issues from the first day!! Original management was fired and new management is a little more attentive... apartment has flooded 4 times in 9 months.. the first week we were here the rain water came within 1/2” of coming in the house in less than 5min of rain... I grabbed my shovel and dug a trench.. second and third time water came in the apartment, only reason it did not flood is because I bought a pump and sand bags to baracade the door... all that said I never even received a... phone call afterwards... i’ve Replaced 3 rugs, water got so high that my W/D were standing in 6” of water... I will be filing an insurgence claim this time... maintence crew is pretty good during their regular work hours, but if you expect the staff to take care of you as a resident this should be one of your last choices!! Do Not Stay here. Janie is the absolute worst Representative of a company/Property. She only Cares about herself.
Peoples vehicles get broken into every night in our small complex every single day. They Dont even care.
