While much progress has been made from the past company there is a team that is willing to fix and help all of us. I feel that if you are just settling for whatever more than likely you turn the Apt. into whatever. The staff is so harm as soon as you walk in you feel good vibes, and the beautiful trees are everywhere our apt. is HUGE nice from the fireplace to living and kitchen is good looking due to the layout. You can do everything online from Work Orders to pay the rent it's 4.95 extra but... look at the price of gas! I love the location I am 70 years old and I wanted near Medical Center we lived at Fountain head in a 2/2 850sqft. for the same price of this Apt. has 1,243sqft. which is awesome! They are doing the upgrades as people move so are apt. looks fabulous and I asked for a handicap slot right in front of our home and Ramona did not think twice TY all for being so kind! Read More

My daughter moved in, moved right back out. Roach Infested apartments incompetent management. Appliances were all old and filthy. Only one burner worked and roaches came out running out when turned on. Management would not let her break her lease.. We had the moving van and hired help... Her brand new furnishings was not getting off that truck!!! She broke lease, got a lawyer and won. Don't move here.

The day before move in, my leasing agent emailed me at 3pm suddenly telling me that the manager decided to do 4 PM. I did read that email until 7:30 PM because I was packing all day. Immediately replied and called and left a voicemail that said "on acceptable your manager is going to have to make an exception if you my apartment first and I will be there at 10 AM." I arrived San Antonio at 9 o'clock and called community around 930 to make sure they got all my messages. Carpet cleaning company... didn't show up until 10 o'clock so I still had to wait hour and a half of my apartment carpet to be cleaned before I could view it. The apt was old, appliances were 1/2 yellow 1/2 white ones. And the worst was finding out that after working three different units but ceiling fans mine was the only one not have them installed. But I still went with it and signed the lease. Within a couple hours I was already calling the manager to talk to him and emailing my leasing agent said I wanted to get out of my lease mediately it's absolutely worst but I've discovered while being in the apartment longer and as I put a couple items away.
I just movedfilthiest apartment I've ever been in. All baseboards had extremely visible dust, rotted baseboards under the kitchen sink, found a bug hairpin and other objects in the crack of the carpet although The carpets are cleaned. I am not moving in there. I will make sure I get my money back if they don't give it to me and have small claims court deal with the lease break if I have to. Read More

I've been here for only 3 months and have regretted almost every night I've been here. I moved in with my 2 very young children. From day one ive had several problems. The kitchen sink leaks, it rotted the wood under the sink. I've reported this issue and the rotten wood is still there. The apartment was freshly painted before I moved in but the paint job is horrendous. The painters didn't remove thumb tacks or wall fixtures before painting!!! There is a roll out door in the master... bathroom, the knob had been shoved into the door frame and sticks out and is broken and sharp. My AC unit has been an issue since day 1, the unit was undersized and about 13 years old. It has since been replaced but since it was "refurbished" and not installed correctly, it blew out the unit in the attic. To this day I'm still without an AC unit. Me and my 2 kids ( both under 5 years old) sleep on the floor in the living room, because it is 90 degrees upstairs. I have reported all of these issues to the front office and of course the maintenance team. Both are so unbelievably unhelpful and indifferent that I literally want to cry every time I come home. Every day someone in the office says the AC is going to be fixed or someone will call me about it and no one ever calls. In comparison to my last apartment and apartment complex, this is a definite upgrade thus far. I have a two bedroom and I couldn't be happier with the layout, which is uniquely done in my opinion. It's spacious and comfortable; I'm able to have guests and not worry about it being too crowded. The only things I wish, though, is that cabinets were a little deeper and there was a little bit more room storage wise. Neighbors will be neighbors no matter where you live.
